Cancellation and Return Policies
All cancellations and or changes must be done by email in the same email thread where the original order took place before production begins to avoid any penalties.
If production took place prior to cancellation the order must be paid in full.
Installations
All installations must be paid upfront prior to the installation itself.
All installations once completed can not be cancelled or refunded.
There are no returns or refunds for orders produced with the exception of an even exchange where applicable.
